Damage to Resort Property:
Sandal Casa Resort reserves the right to charge guests for the cost of rectifying damage to the resort property. If damage is discovered after the guest’s departure, we may charge the guest’s credit/debit card or send an invoice to the registered address. We will endeavor to rectify any damage internally before engaging specialists, aiming to minimize costs incurred by the guest.
Removal of Resort Property:
Guests are only permitted to remove resort property with consent. Sandal Casa Resort reserves the right to charge guests for the full replacement cost of any missing items, including carriage and installation charges. If an item is found missing after the guest’s departure, we may charge the guest’s credit/debit card or send an invoice to the registered address.
Inappropriate Behaviour:
We uphold all guests’ right to be treated with dignity and respect. Any inappropriate behavior by the Duty Manager may result in action against the guest. Depending on the severity, this may involve police intervention or asking the guest to leave the resort after an investigation.
Lost/Damaged Property:
According to the Hotel Proprietors Act 1956, Sandal Casa Resort will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost property to its owner. Unclaimed items will be disposed of after 3 months from the guest’s departure.
Payment Terms:
The booking confirmation is subject to explicit approval by Sandal Casa Resort through official channels. Bookings made online or through travel agents are considered requests until confirmed by the resort, which requires a minimum of 3 working days. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15-20 business days, considering our cancellation policy and any applicable processing fees.
Payment Methods:
– Online: Payments via Payment Gateway using Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, ATM Cards, IMPS, UPI, etc., incur applicable non-refundable transaction fees.
-Offline: Reservation payments via NEFT/RTGS/Cash Deposit through your bank require confirmation within 1-3 bank working days based on processing times. For bank details, contact the office.
